You can modify your sitting arrangement as your business develops. And you can arrange for your team to occupy a combination of shared or dedicated desks. Let us know when inquiring. We understand you’ll need to consider cost and productivity, especially at an early stage of your venture, and will respond with flexibility to your specific needs.
We have three meeting rooms (white, blue and green) of varying sizes available for our members. Online advance booking is necessary for use. Members can use our meeting rooms for meetings with external clients.
For Hub50 members and above, booking is free up to 2 hours of consecutive use. For Hub25 members, booking is 540 yens per hour, tax included.
Members who wish to hold a meeting in a relaxed atmosphere can use the lounge, café area and event space (when no event is taking place). There is no need for advance booking. Our in-house café “Fitzroy” offers a tasty and high-quality coffee selection. Click here for more information on Fitzroy.

You can register the HUB as your business address when incorporating your company. Mail is sorted and distributed to members’ individual mailboxes by the hosting team. If a member receives registered mail while they’re not present at Impact HUB Tokyo, we’ll slip the attempted delivery notice in their mailbox and let them know.
The business address service is optional and available to Hub50 members and above. It costs 3,240 yens per month, tax included.
Members have access to our multi-purpose Ricoh printer (B&W printing and copying, scanning, in A3 & A4) and our shredder. Each member receives an ID card and logs in to use the Ricoh printer; printing jobs are collected and billed at the end of the month with the membership fee.
Our handcrafted wooden locker shelf is available for use by our members, with two sizes of lockers: small for 1,080 yens per month and large for 4,320 yens per month, tax included.
We are open from 9a.m. to 10p.m. on weekdays, and 10a.m. to 8p.m. on weekends and holidays. However, Unlimited members and members using a dedicated desk or private office are granted 24/7 access to the facility.
If you require 24/7 access but were not planning on registering as one of the aforementioned membership levels, please contact our hosting team.
Our 440 square-meter facility is a renovated printing factory and combines private and public areas. We designed to ensure a pleasant and productive work environment for our members.
With a capacity of around 100 people, our event space is the venue for some 20 events per month. When not in used, the area is transformed into a supplementary co-working and meeting space.
The lounge area is perfect for holding informal meetings with external clients or partners. No booking is necessary. It is also often use for interviews or photography sessions. For small events, half of the area can be rented.
This public space houses our café Fitzroy, as well as pop-up restaurants and events organized by food entrepreneurs. It is accessible to non-members.
With approximately 40 individual seats, two private offices, and several team desks, the co-working space also includes two meeting rooms, a fabrication laboratory and a sofa area.

With the rise of digital fabrication, entrepreneurs and individuals have become able to create unique devices at a small scale. Our Tech and fabrication lab is open to any member who’s received training in Fab Lab. The room is sound-proof, and can be used for electronic or electrical works.
This is where our foodies regularly escape from a day of labor and savor a well-deserved cup of coffee—within the limits of reasonable consumption, of course! You’ll find our members replenishing their energy through conversation and a good meal in our shared kitchen.
Our in-house coffee shop Fitzroy was born as the result of our program to help café entrepreneurs. In addition, food entrepreneurs are invited every week to serve their delicacies at our member lunch.
Members are welcome to have guests in the lounge and café area. Lunch meetings are encouraged!
